Thank you for shopping with Madness Perfumes. We’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes that have been opened, used, or tested cannot be returned or refunded.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used perfume bottles
  • Items marked ā€œFinal Saleā€ or ā€œClearanceā€
  • Customized or gift-wrapped items (if applicable)

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at customersupport@madnessperfumes.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 3 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
